The 10th International Symposium on Ethical Literary Criticism Held in Beijing

The 10th International Symposium on Ethical Literary Criticism was held at University of Science and Technology Beijing on October 16th and 17th, 2021 with an aim to discuss the major ethical issues in the era of artificial intelligence, and explore new ideas and approaches for constructing the theory of Ethical Literary Criticism in the new era. Against the background that technological revolutions have posed many ethical challenges, scholars conducted meaningful discussions on core concepts, theoretical construction and criticism practice of ELC, and addressed the ethical questions specific to the technology age. The Symposium is expected to promote the development of literary theory and criticism in China, and facilitate international academic exchanges in literature and interdisciplinary studies.
