3. The payment is made as follows：
Step1:
In the browser address bar, please enter the URL: http://pay.zju.edu.cn/payment/login.jsp. The pop-up interface is a Chinese interface. Please first register on the “Payment Website” (not the convention registration website) and click “注册”（“REGISTER”） button.
Step 2:
In the pop-up dialog box, please enter your personal information according to the English version as shown below. Please enter your passport number and use your real name in the “Fullname（姓名）”column so that the organizing committee can confirm that you have successfully paid the fee. Please click the “提交(submit)” button to go back to the login interface.
Step 3:
Please click “护照(passport)” button and enter your passport number, password and verified code. Pleas click “登录（login）” button to login.
Step 4:
Before 24:00 on October 1st, please select The 9th C of IAELC before Oct 1. in the item name. After 0:00 on October 2, please select The 9th C of IAELC after Oct 1. in the item name, and click the “支付(pay)” button.
Step 5:
If you use a non-RMB card, please select "Payease" when choosing a payment method, and click “下一步(next step)” button to pay.
4.All paid amounts are non-refundable and non-transferable.
