Abstract: In the current case, a 38-year-old male patient complaining about snoring was correctly diagnosed as eosinophilic lymphogranuloma by biopsy, and successfully treated by low-dose radiotherapy rather than traditional Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(UPPP). Sleep apnea(SA) induced by KD of the soft palate is very rare, and few report publication has been found in this aspect.

摘要：  本文报道了1例因软腭嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿致睡眠中打鼾的患者，悬雍垂腭咽成形术后未好转，检查中发现软腭弥漫性肿大，活检明确诊断，通过小剂量放疗而有效治疗。同时结合相关文献分析，给同类疾病的临床诊断及治疗提供参考。
