生长因子对种植体周围骨生成作用的研究进展

Abstract:

The key to the success of oral implants is the good quality and quantity bone around the implants. The regeneration of bone around the implant is also an enduring topic in dental implants. In order to expand implant indication, improve the success rate of implants, the application of platelet-rich fibrin(PRF) and concentrate growth factors(CGF) et al. around the implant bone regeneration favored by more and more oral clinical doctors. And scholars have studied some of the derivatives of PRF have more advantages compared to the PRF proper, they can promote the formation of bone around implants. The main reason is that they contain a large number of growth factors, most of these growth factors can promote angiogenesis and osteogenesis around implant. In this paper, the effects of growth factors on bone formation around dental implants were systematically reviewed in recent years, to provides a reference for the study of bone formation materials around the implants.

摘要:

口腔种植成功的关键是植入物周围良好的骨质及骨量,牙种植体周围骨的再生是口腔种植学经久不衰的话题。为了扩大种植体适应证,提高种植成功率,富血小板纤维蛋白(platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)及浓缩生长因子(concentrate growth factors,CGF)等在种植体周围骨再生中的应用受到越来越多口腔临床医生的青睐,并且学者们研究发现PRF的某些衍生物相比PRF更有优势,这些衍生物能促进种植体周围骨生成的主要原因是其内含有大量的生长因子,其中大部分生长因子可促进种植体周围血管形成及骨的生成。本文就近年来生长因子对口腔种植体周围骨生成的作用进行一系统性综述,为进行种植体周围骨生成材料的研究提供参考。
