Abstract:

Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is the most common oral and maxillofacial cancer. In-depth research on the regulatory mechanism of cell cycle regulation-related molecules has revealed that these molecules play various roles in the incidence and progression of OSCC. This paper analyzes the recent research progress of cell cycle regulation-related molecules in OSCC, as well as the functional characteristics of related molecules in the development of OSCC, to find potential biomarkers for the early diagnosis and targeted therapy of OSCC, and to improve patient survival rate.

摘要:

口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma, OSCC)是口腔颌面部最常见的恶性肿瘤。对细胞周期调控因子调控机制的深入研究表明,其以多种方式参与OSCC的发生、发展。本文分析总结了近年来OSCC中细胞周期调控因子的研究成果及OSCC发生、发展中相关分子的作用特点,以期为OSCC的早期诊断和靶向治疗寻找潜在的生物标志物,为提高患者生存率提供新的思路。
