Abstract:
Objective: To observe and analyze the long-term clinical effect of mandibular reconstruction with customized mandible prosthesis of titanium alloy prefabricated by 3D printing. Methods: A 31-year-old female patient who was diagnosed with ameloblastoma on the left mandible was surgically treated with left mandibulectomy and immediately mandibular reconstruction with prefabricated mandible prosthesis in December 2013. The long-term effect of reconstruction was followed up. Results: The condition of the patient was stable in the past 7 years and no sign of relapse was found. The function of mastication was normal and the patient was very satisfied with the reconstructed form of the mandible. Conclusion: The effect in the follow-up period of 7 years verified that long-term stable individual reconstruction of wide mandible defect could be achieved with customized prosthesis of titanium alloy that prefabricated by 3D printing. The method could simplify the procedure, sharply shorten the period of operation and avoid the suffering and the pain of auto-bone graft. Correct choice of indication and appropriate design of the prosthesis were very important for realistic long-term effect of individual mandibular reconstruction.

摘要: 目的: 对3D打印个体化钛合金植入体进行下颌骨修复重建的远期效果进行观察和分析。方法: 2013年12月对1例31岁女性左侧下颌骨成釉细胞瘤患者,在实施半侧下颌骨切除术的同时,利用预成3D打印个体化钛合金植入体进行即刻修复重建,并对修复重建效果进行随访观察。结果: 患者术后病情稳定,无复发现象,患者对下颌骨修复重建后的功能和形态均满意。结论: 7年的随访观察显示,采用3D打印个体化钛合金植入体进行下颌骨修复重建,能够取得稳定的远期临床效果。该方法手术步骤简单、治疗周期较短,特别是避免了自体骨移植的痛苦和损伤,其效果与正确的适应证选择、合理的植入体设计密切相关。
