钛网在口腔种植骨量扩增中的应用

Abstract: Large bone defect is a great difficulty faced by dentists of oral implantology, especially the horizontal and vertical bone deficiency. Traditional techniques for bone augmentation are not ideal for three-dimensional reconstruction. In comparison with traditional barrier membranes, titanium mesh has excellent mechanical characters that provides space maintenance for bone regeneration and decreases the demands of autologous bone grafts. Therefore titanium mesh can be widely used in various situations. The main complication is the titanium mesh exposure and subsequent resorption. Various practices can be applied clinically to prevent the exposure. Therefore, clinicians can approach to the dimensions of bone augmentation by reconstructing the bony wall with titanium mesh in a safe and effective way.

摘要: 大面积骨缺损是口腔种植医生面临的难题,其中以水平伴垂直向骨缺损的恢复尤为困难。传统骨增量技术尚难以实现三维骨壁的重建。钛网相对于传统屏障膜具有良好的机械性能,不仅能够为骨再生提供支持性保护,还能减少自体骨移植所需的供骨量,因此钛网具有广泛的适应证。钛网应用的主要并发症是钛网暴露和继发的骨吸收。临床上可以通过多种方法预防钛网应用的并发症,从而使钛网安全有效地重建骨壁,实现大面积骨缺损的修复。本文就钛网在口腔种植骨量扩增中的应用和研究现状作一介绍。
