Fisher’s Anatomical Subunit Approximation Technique in Cleft Lip Repair

Fisher亚解剖单位近似整复术应用于单侧不完全唇裂的临床体会

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Fisher's anatomical subunit approximation technique in unilateral incomplete cleft lip repair. Methods: 75 consecutive children with unilateral incomplete cleft lip had been repaired by Fisher's anatomical subunit approximation, and early postsurgical results were evaluated through anthropometric measurements. Results: Through clinical evaluation and anthropometric measurement, the early postsurgical results of those children were satisfactory, at one year post-operation, the differences between measurements of lip height, lip length, width of nasal floor, distance from the bottom midpoint of nasal columella to the point of lip peak on the cleft side and those on the non-cleft side were all decreased markedly(P<0.05). Conclusion: Fisher's anatomical subunit approximation has definitive anatomical landmarks, and the scar is inconspicuous, because the incision line is designed along the borders of anatomical subunits, so satisfactory form of nose and lip could be achieved after the operation.

摘要: 目的:探讨Fisher亚解剖单位近似整复术,应用于单侧不完全唇裂的临床效果。方法:对75例单侧不完全唇裂患儿采用Fisher亚解剖单位近似整复术进行修复,术后通过人体测量对手术的近期效果进行评价。结果:通过临床及人体测量学评价,证实该术式的近期效果良好,术后1年,患儿裂隙侧的唇高、唇长、鼻底宽度以及鼻小柱底部中点至裂隙侧唇峰点距离等4项测量值与非裂隙侧相应测量值的差值相对于术前所测差值均明显缩小(P<0.05)。结论:Fisher亚解剖单位近似整复术定点明确,沿着鼻唇解剖亚单位边缘设置切口线,瘢痕隐蔽,术后能获得良好的鼻唇外形。
