Abstract: Objective: To introduce the creation method of modified towel clamp and its clinical application in mandible linear fracture. Methods: By improving the pointing tip, the modified towel clamp was applied to clinical practice to assist the anatomical reduction in mandible linear fracture. Results: Comparing to conventional instruments, the modified towel clamp additionally exerted a precompression on the fractured sites, which allowed wide and close contact between the segments. Shortened operation duration, and achieved precise anatomical reduction. Conclusion: The proper application of modified towel clamp assisted mandible linear fracture to achieve precise anatomical reduction and promoted the healing in fractured sites.

摘要： 目的：介绍改良式布巾钳的制作方法及其在下颌骨线性骨折中的临床应用。方法：对布巾钳尖端进行改良，将其用于临床，辅助下颌骨线性骨折的解剖复位。结果：改良式布巾钳辅助下颌骨线性骨折复位相较于传统复位，在复位骨折断端的同时，能够给骨折断端一个预压力，促使复位骨折断端能够能达到广泛的紧密接触，缩短手术时间，达到精确的解剖复位。结论：正确使用改良式布巾钳能帮助下颌骨线性骨折达到精确的解剖复位，促进骨折的愈合。
