破骨细胞细胞膜融合的研究现状

Abstract:

Osteoclasts are the only cells with bone resorption function in the process of bone metabolism. Osteoclasts abnormalities will cause bone metabolism diseases. Cell fusion is an important process in the formation of osteoclasts and is essential for the biological functions of osteoclasts. This review listed some related factors and their influencing factors in the process of osteoclast fusion, and clarified the possible related molecular mechanisms, aiming to provide new therapeutic targets for osteoclast-related bone metabolism diseases.

摘要:

破骨细胞作为骨代谢过程中唯一一个具有骨吸收功能的细胞,其功能异常会引起骨代谢类疾病。细胞融合是破骨细胞形成过程中的重要过程,对于破骨细胞生物学功能的发挥至关重要。本文通过列举一些在破骨细胞融合过程中的相关因子及其影响因素,阐明其在融合过程中可能的相关分子机制,旨在为治疗破骨细胞相关的骨代谢疾病提供新的治疗靶点。
