Abstract:
Objective: To review the role of multislice spiral CT(MSCT)in the diagnosis and treatment of impacted teeth. Methods: 38 patients with 54 impacted teeth located at nasal floor examined by MSCT from August 2011 to March 2016 were retrospectively reviewed. Result: MSCT examination determined the location of impacted teeth accurately. Extraction operation of all the impacted teeth were completed uneventful. Conclusion: MSCT may be used as a new approach in exodontia practice.

摘要： 目的：探讨多层螺旋CT在鼻底埋伏牙的定位作用。方法：2011-08—2016-03期间，共收治鼻底埋伏牙38例，拔除埋伏牙54颗，术前用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)精准定位，术中参照局部解剖标志进行核对准确性。结果：全部病例经术前螺旋定位，均顺利拔除埋伏牙，术后恢复良好，无相关并发症发生。结论：多层螺旋CT对鼻底埋伏牙的定位准确，术前与术中判断完全一致。
