Abstract

Abstract:

Madelung′s disease (MD) is a kind of rare lipodystrophia disease. The etiology is still unclear and the clinical manifestations are typical. It is often accompanied by other diseases and the surgical treatment is currently the main option. This article reports a case of type Ⅰ Madelung′s disease complicated with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. And discus the etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment through literature review in order to improve the recognition of the disease and its concomitant diseases.

摘要：

马德龙病（Madelung′s disease，MD）是一种罕见的脂肪代谢异常性疾病，其病因尚不明确，临床表现典型，常合并其他疾病，目前以外科治疗为主。本文报道1例Ⅰ型马德龙病合并神经根型颈椎病病例，并结合文献复习，对其病因、临床表现、诊断及治疗等进行讨论，以提高对该病及其合并疾病的认知。
