摘要/Abstract

摘要： 拔下颌阻生智齿时，如果用力不当或器械使用不当可将牙根推向舌侧、下颌下间隙或进入翼下颌间隙内，取出较困难。在鼻内镜引导下能安全、有效地取出翼下颌间隙内牙根。本文报道1例鼻内镜下取出翼下颌间隙内下颌智齿牙根。

Abstract:

A 35-year-old man presented to the Department of Stomatology, PLA 89 Hospitan in Weifang, with left massater region swelling, palpable pain, limitation of mouth opening, and tooth socket empty with slight bleeding at left wisdom tooth position. There was a history of odontectomy of left wisdom tooth 4 hours ago. The medical history of the patient was non-contributory. The patient was hospitalized. CT image and panoramic radiograph revealed lingual bone plate perforation of left wisdom tooth socket, and a high density tooth root appeared at the mesial side of mandible angle. After ENT consultation, nasal endoscope was used to remove the tooth root.Mattress suture was applied to the wisdom tooth socket.
