摘要： 随着口腔种植学的不断发展，新理念、新技术的出现也不断带来新的问题和挑战。本文就“争鸣与共识”种植论坛（第四季）的讨论结果，针对数字化技术与精准种植、种植体周围软组织处理及其临床意义、重度骨缺损条件下倾斜种植技术的应用等广受关注的问题进行总结，以期在不断创新的基础上更加规范牙种植技术的临床应用。

Abstract: With the continuous development of oral implantology, the emergence of new ideas and technologies has also brought about new problems and challenges. This article is summarized based on the results of the 4rd Controversy and Consensus Implantology Forum, focusing on digital technology and precision planting, the soft tissue processing around the implant and its clinical significance, and the application of tilting cultivation techniques under severe bone defects. The questions are summarized in order to further standardize the clinical application of dental implant technology on the basis of continuous innovation.
