Abstract:

Osteoma is a benign osteogenic tumor composed of well-differentiated mature bone tissue, characterized by slow growth. In the craniofacial region, osteomas most commonly occur in the paranasal sinuses, and may also involve the external auditory canal, orbit, temporal bone, zygomatic arch, and jaw, among which involvement of the zygomatic arch is relatively rare. This article reports a case of osteoma of the right zygomatic arch treated in our department. By combining with a review of the literature, we systematically discuss its etiology, imaging manifestations, pathological characteristics, clinical presentation, key points of diagnosis and differential diagnosis, as well as treatment options, aiming to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and management.

摘要：

骨瘤是一种由分化成熟的骨组织构成的、生长缓慢的良性成骨性肿瘤。在颅面区域，骨瘤最常见于鼻旁窦，其次可累及外耳道、眼眶、颞骨、颧弓及颌骨等部位，其中发生于颧弓者较为罕见。本文报道1例我科收治的右侧颧弓骨瘤病例，并结合文献，系统探讨其病因、影像学表现、病理学特点、临床表现、诊断与鉴别诊断要点及治疗方案，以期为临床诊治提供参考。
