Abstract: Objective：To evaluate the treatment results of bony and soft tissue implant restoration in the aesthetic zone of the jaws. Methods: 2005-06—2010-10,  65 cases were underwent dental implant with the level of soft tissue implant (straumann/RN. SP/NN) of 87 pieces, 71 cases were underwent dental implant with the bone implant (Ankylos) of 92 pieces. Results: After 1~5 year follow-up, the two groups of implant cases all achieved good clinical curative effects. Conclusion:  Anterior teeth area is aesthetic area, bony implant may have more advantages.

摘要： 目的：对前牙区骨下种植与软组织水平种植治疗效果进行比较。 方法：收集2005-06—2010-10笔者接诊治疗的前牙缺失患者共136例，65例使用软组织水平种植体（Straumann/RN.SP/NN）计87枚，71例使用骨下种植体(Ankylos )计92枚。 3~6个月后永久修复。 结果：观察1~5年后，两种植体均取得良好的临床疗效。结论：前牙区是美学区，骨下种植体在骨量相对不足的条件下，可优先选择。
