摘要:

目的:评估二氧化碳点阵激光早期治疗一期唇裂术后瘢痕的临床疗效。方法:选取本中心接受一期唇裂整复术的患儿 24 例(激光组),术后 3 个月内采用二氧化碳点阵激光治疗;对照组(24 例)为曾接受一期唇裂整复术,术后未接受激光治疗的患儿。对 2 组一期患儿激光治疗后 1 年的瘢痕情况进行主观评价(对比患儿治疗前后照片)和客观评价 [ 使用温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)评分法 ]。结果:激光组完成整个疗程 4 次治疗后 1 年,主观评价总有效率达到 91.7%,2 组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。客观评价结果显示,2 组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用二氧化碳点阵激光早期治疗一期唇裂术后瘢痕的方法疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of carbon dioxide fractional laser in early treatment of postoperative scar of primary cleft lip. Methods: A total of 24 children who had undergone primary cleft lip repair in the treatment group were treated with carbon dioxide fractional laser within three months after operation, and 24 children who had undergone primary cleft lip repair in the control group were not treated with laser after operation. Based on the subjective assessment by comparing photographs before and after the treatment and the objective assessment using Vancouver scar scale (VSS) scoring method, the scar conditions of the two groups were compared one year after laser therapy. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7% after the completion of the whole course of 4 treatments after 1 year, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The objective assessment results showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Carbon dioxide fractional laser is effective in the early treatment of postoperative scar of primary cleft lip, which is worthy of clinical application.
