颊部多形性腺瘤1例报告及文献复习

摘要：

多形性腺瘤（pleomorphic adenoma，PA）是唾液腺最常见的良性肿瘤，但原发于颊部者罕见，且术前诊断较困难。本文报道1例青年女性左颊部PA的诊疗过程，并检索相关文献，系统探讨颊部PA的临床及影像学表现、鉴别诊断等，以期为同样病例的临床诊疗提供参考。

关键词: 颊部肿物, 多形性腺瘤, 唾液腺肿瘤, 手术治疗

Abstract:

Pleomorphic adenoma (PA) is the most common benign tumor of the salivary glands, but it is extremely rare for it to originate from the cheek, and preoperative diagnosis is challenging. This article reports the diagnosis and treatment process of a case of PA in the left cheek of a young female patient, and reviews relevant literature to systematically explore the clinical and imaging manifestations, differential diagnosis, and other aspects of PA in the cheek, with the aim of providing a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of similar cases.
