摘要: 实践教学是口腔医学高等教育中必不可少的教学环节之一,随着社会对人才要求的不断提高,同济大学口腔医学院对此阶段人才培养模式进行了适时的改革。学院确定了以人为本的指导思想,以培养能力型、创新型人才为目的,注重培养口腔全科医师,构建完善的实践教学体系和内容,加强实践前培训,结合各类创新实践活动,完善考评机制。实践教学阶段人才培养模式的改变符合现代口腔医学教育发展的总趋势。

Abstract:  The most essential process in dental education is practical teaching. Tongji University School of Stomatology had done reforms on personnel training methods to meet all social needs. In order to train professional and innovative abilities, principle of "student first" was guided. School had set up a complete practicing course system, which enriched contents, strengthened instructions before the practice, focused on training general dental practitioners and revised the evaluation system. In summary, these adaptations of personnel training methods in dental clinical practice were in accordance with the developing trend of modern dentistry education.
