摘要：  目的：评估非感觉性游离皮瓣修复口腔癌术后缺损感觉功能的恢复情况。方法：追踪16例口腔癌患者，其中游离腓骨肌皮瓣修复下颌骨缺损8例，游离前臂皮瓣修复舌缺损8例，术后6~18个月检测移植后皮瓣的轻触觉、两点辨别觉、痛觉和冷热觉的恢复情况。结果：7例皮瓣（43.7％）至少2/3面积有感觉恢复，8例皮瓣（50％）有部分感觉恢复，1例皮瓣（6.3％）无感觉恢复。结论：非感觉性游离皮瓣修复口腔癌术后缺损可自行恢复部分感觉功能。

Abstract: Objective:  To evaluate sensory recovery in the noninnervated free flaps after oral reconstruction. Methods:  Sixteen cases were included in this study: eight free fibula osseo-cutaneous flaps were employed for reconstruction of mandible and oral defects, and eight free radial forearm flaps for tongue defects. Flap sensations to touch, pain, two-point discrimination and warm vs cold were evaluated in each patients at time intervals ranging from 6 to 18 months after surgery. Results:  Good sensory recovery manifested in seven flaps (43.7%), eight flaps (50%) recovered partially, and one flap (6.3%) failed to recover sensation. Conclusion: Spontaneous return of partial sensation was documented in noninnervated free flaps after oral reconstruction.
