摘要： 目的：探讨Er：YAG激光技术在舌系带修整术中的应用。方法：11例舌系带过短患者，根据不同的系带类型，采用不同术式，运用波长为2 940 nm的Er：YAG激光行舌系带修整术。结果：所有患者术后愈合良好，通过Kotlow的分类标准检查，均达到正常，并且在观察期间未发现明显的复发现象。术后患者的语言、吞咽活动等均得到不同程度的改善。结论：运用Er：YAG激光行舌系带修整术可以达到较为满意的临床效果。特别是针对儿童，有减少麻醉药物的使用，减少出血和提高舒适度的作用。

Abstract: Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of Er: YAG laser in the lingual frenectomy. Methods: 11 patients with ankyloglossia were corrected by Er: YAG laser with a continuous wavelength of 2 940 nm combined with different surgical methods which depend on the type of deformity of lingual frenulum. Results: All patients had good corrections. According to the Kotlow classification criteria, they were all to normal. Significant recurrence during the observation period were not found. After surgery, the speech pronunciation, swallowing activities of the patients had improved in varying degrees. Conclusion: The application of Er: YAG laser on the correction of hereditary ankyloglossia may achieve satisfactory results. Especially benefits for child patients.
