摘要: 肿瘤、感染、外伤等原因常造成下颌骨节段性缺损,由于下颌骨的连续性与完整性被破坏,常导致不同程度的功能和外形障碍,需要进行修复重建。下颌骨缺损的修复重建当前仍主要依靠自体骨移植,特别是吻合血管的游离腓骨、髂骨移植,能取得较好的修复重建效果。但受骨源、骨量及自体骨塑形等方面的影响,尤其对大范围的下颌骨节段性缺损来说,要达到较理想的形态和功能修复仍存在一定困难。近年来,计算机辅助设计与3D打印技术(CAD/3DP)迅速发展,其在下颌骨节段性缺损修复重建中,能个体化恢复下颌骨的自然外形、成功设计制作与患者下颌骨自然外形匹配的修复体,最大限度地实现功能重建,目前越来越显示出其在下颌骨缺损修复重建方面的独特引领作用。

Abstract: The continuity and integrity destruction of mandible in mandibular segmental defect or mandible loss might cause different damage of function and esthetic supported by intact mandible. No matter what level mandibular segment defect, reconstruction always needed. The reconstruction of mandibular defect was currently depended on autogenous bone graft, and the vascularized fibular flap and iliac bone flap had gained satisfied reconstruction effect for most mandibular defect. But for large extent defect, especially mandible loss, the source, amount and plastic of graft bone was problem. Recently, computer aided design and 3 dimensional printing(CAD/3DP) was used for study on reconstruction of mandibular defect by researchers, and some significant achievements had been acquired.
