摘要： 目的：探讨重型颅颌面复合损伤的类型、特点与治疗方法。方法：利用描述性统计方法，回顾性分析杭州师范大学附属医院收治的43例重型颅颌面复合损伤患者的临床资料。结果：男女患者比例为1.69∶1，主要年龄分布于20~30岁（41.86%），患者的职业以工人与司机为主（41.86%）；经规范抢救与治疗后，40例患者已基本痊愈，死亡病例3例。结论：交通事故伤呈上升趋势，重型颅颌面复合损伤的并发症较多，危及生命，应早期诊断、避免漏诊和误诊。

Abstract: Objective: To review and discuss the types, characteristics, treatment methods and outcome  of severe craniofacial compound injuries. Methods: The clinical data of 43 patients in Hangzhou Normal University Affiliated Hospital, who suffered with severe craniocerebral combined with maxillofacial injuries, were retrospectively analyzed.  Results: The proportion of male to female patients was 1.69∶1, the main age distribution was in 20 to 30 years old (41.86%), while in patient's occupations, workers and drivers were dominant (41.86%). After the standard first-aid rescue and treatment, 40 patients had basic recovered , 3 cases dead. Conclusion: The traffic accident injury is on the rise, and the complications of severe craniocerebral injury combined with maxillofacial injury are more serious. So that proper treatment should be carried out in order to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis
