外置式牵引器在陈旧性上颌骨骨折治疗中的应用

Application of Rigid External Distractor in Treatment of Old Maxillary Fractures

摘要: 目的:探讨外置式牵引器在陈旧性上颌骨骨折治疗中的应用。方法:应用外置式牵引器治疗8例(年龄16~45岁,中位年龄28岁)陈旧性上颌骨骨折患者,上颌骨Le Fort I型截骨术后安装牵引器,每日牵引1 mm,分2次完成,牵引结束后固定4~5个月拆除牵引器。结果:经牵引成骨后,患者面型及咬合关系得到改善。结论:应用外置式牵引器牵引成骨是治疗陈旧上颌骨骨折的有效方法,且安全、简便,术后稳定性好,值得推广。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effect of rigid external distractor (RED) in the treatment of old maxillary fractures. Methods: A total of 8 cases of old maxillary fractures were treated in this study, aged from 16 to 45 years (mean 28 years) Application of RED after Le Fort I osteotomy . Distraction rhythm and rate was 0.5 mm twice a day. RED were removed at 4-5 months after distractions. Results: After distraction osteogenesis, patients resumed satisfied facial contour and occlusion. Conclusion: RED is an effective method in treatment of old maxillary fracture.
