摘要/Abstract

摘要： 神经鞘瘤起源于神经鞘组织雪旺氏细胞，口腔为不典型发病部位，多发于20~50年龄段。发生于口腔的神经鞘瘤虽然大多为良性肿瘤，但因口腔内少见，且与脉管瘤、乳头状瘤、正中菱形舌炎等容易混淆，临床上容易误诊，故本文报道舌背正中菱形区黏膜不典型部位和不典型年龄的18岁青年女性神经鞘瘤患者1例。结合文献回顾与分析，来探讨该病种发病情况、临床表现和治疗原则，旨在提高对舌神经鞘瘤的认识。

Abstract: Schwannoma is a benign tumor originating from Schwann cells of the nerve sheath. It is unusual to see a schwannoma intraorally, correspondingly it exists mainly in 20～50- year- old people. Doctors are vulnerable to misdiagnose it. For oral schwannomas is exceedingly rare and is similar to vascular anomalies, papilloma, or median rhomboid glossitis. We here report a case of 18-year-old female diagnosed with a schwannoma on the median rhomboid region of the tongue, which is an atypical site with an atypical age. The purpose of this report besides telling case is to review the incidence, clinical features and treatment items of lingual schwannomas by studying and refreshing literatures, facilitating to improve the cognition and diagnosis & treatment ability to address this tumor.
