摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着双膦酸盐类药物在骨质疏松、恶性肿瘤骨转移等方面的广泛应用，有部分患者会发生颌骨坏死的报道，逐渐引起口腔医生的关注。本文报道1例我院双膦酸盐类药物引起颌骨坏死的病例，并结合文献讨论双膦酸盐类药物性颌骨坏死（BRONJ）的发病机制、诊断、预防及治疗方法。

关键词: 双磷酸盐, 骨坏死, 颌骨

Abstract: With the wide application of bisphosphonate therapy in cases with post-manopausal osteoporosis and bone metastasis of malignant tumors, osteonecrosis of the jaw occurred. It was a side-effect characterized by dehiscence of oral epithelium and exposure of bone that fails to heal within eight weeks. More and more attentions were given to this new oral complication. However, the mechanism remains unknown. In this paper, a case of osteonecrosis caused by bisphosphonates in our hospital was reported, and the pathogenesis, diagnosis, prevention and treatment were discussed through literature review.
