摘要/Abstract

摘要：

目的：探讨V形切口下保留表浅肌肉腱膜在腮腺切除术中应用的可行性及有效性。方法：对2018-01—2019-01在徐州市中心医院口腔科采用V形切口下保留SMAS（Superficial Musculoaponeurotic System）术式进行腮腺切除术治疗的21例腮腺良性病变患者进行跟踪随访，通过手术过程情况、面形外观及手术并发症三个方面对手术进行评价。结果：所有患者手术过程顺利，术中暴露良好，术后外形恢复满意，未出现永久性神经症状。结论：V形切口下保留表浅肌肉腱膜术式可以获得相对满意的美观效果，其临床应用价值值得进一步扩大研究。

Abstract:

Objective: To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of a V-shaped incision for parotidectomy with preservation of superficial musculoaponeurotic system（SMAS）. Methods: 21 patients with benign parotid diseases were collected from Xuzhou Central Hospital. A V-shaped incision for parotidectomy applied to undergo with the preservation of superficial musculoaponeurotic system between Jan. 2018 and Jan. 2019 were reviewed. Three factors including the operative process, the postoperative facial contour and complications of the operation were followed up． Results: All patients were found a smooth operation with good exposure，satisfactory recovery of esthetic results and no permanent nerve injury. Conclusion: The V-shaped incision for parotidectomy with the preservation of superficial musculoaponeurotic system could achieve satisfying esthetic results, which deserves further investigation and promotion.
