小牛脱钙骨骨粉联合任何rhBMP-2在上前牙缺失伴唇侧骨缺损患者种植中的应用价值

value of bio-oss combined with rhBMP-2 peri-implant in upper anterior teeth with labial bone defect

摘要:

目的:探讨小牛脱钙骨Bio-Oss骨粉联合人重组骨形态形成蛋白-2rhBMP-2),用于上前牙缺失伴唇侧骨缺损患者种植中的临床疗效。方法:将2016-012017-05期间收治的,104例上颌前牙缺失伴唇侧骨缺损患者随机分为对照组与实验组,每组52例。对照组种植同期采用Bio-Oss骨粉进行骨增量,观察组种植同期采用Bio-Oss骨粉联合rhBMP-2进行骨增量。术后6个月和12个月对两组种植成功率、红色美学评分(PES)、骨密度、唇腭向骨板厚度进行观察。结果:两组患者种植成功率均为100%。观察组术后6个月、12个月的PES评分、新生骨密度均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组术后6个月、12个月的唇腭向骨板宽度低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:小牛脱钙骨Bio-Oss骨粉联合rhBMP-2用于上前牙缺失伴唇侧骨缺损患者种植效果满意,美观度较好,可促进新生骨组织形成。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the effect of Bio-Oss bone powder combined with recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 (rhBMP-2) in implantation of upper anterior teeth with labial bone defect. Methods: 104 patients with upper anterior teeth loss and labial bone defect treated in the hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided, each 52 cases into the control group and the observation group. The patients in control group were implanted with Bio-Oss bone powder, while the observation group were implanted with Bio-Oss bone powder combined with rhBMP-2. The implantation effect, red aesthetic score (PES), bone density and the thickness of lip and palate bone plate were observed in the two groups. Results: The implantation was successful in both groups. The PES scores 6 months and 12 months after operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The new bone mineral density (BMD) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at end of 6- and 12-month operation. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The width of lip and palate to bone plate in the control group was lower than that in the observation group at end of 6- and 12-month operation. The difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Bio-Oss bone powder combined with rhBMP-2 in implantation of upper anterior teeth with labial bone defect has satisfactory effect with good aesthetics, and can promote the formation of new bone tissue.
