Management Standards on the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Pandemic for Oral Emergency Staffs

摘要:

2019冠状病毒病(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情期间,口腔医务人员因其诊疗操作的特殊性存在较大交叉感染的风险。目前多数地区的医院仅保留口腔急诊通道。本文依托本单位急性创伤急救中心,结合临床急救经验,从新型冠状病毒的流行病学特点、口腔科急诊诊疗感染的特点、医务人员的个人防护及诊室环境的防控管理等多个方面提出口腔急诊医务工作者的应急管理和防控规范,供口腔急诊医务人员参考。

Abstract:

During the outbreak of COVID-19 infection, oral medical personals are at a greater risk of cross-infection due to the particularity of the dental diagnosis and treatment procedures. At present, daily clinical practices within oral departments were ordered to lockdown in most hospitals, only keep oral emergency services. Based on the characteristics of the acute trauma emergency center in the sixth peoples' hospital, combined with the clinical emergency experiences, this paper puts forward emergency managements and protective standards from the epidemiological characteristics of the novel coronavirus. The different characteristics of oral emergency diagnosis and treatment measures during the environment of COVID-19 pandemic, the personal protection of dental staffs and the prevention and control management in the clinic were emphasized. Hoping to help the vast number of oral emergency medical staffs to deal with the pandemic prevention and control.
