Application of Digital Technology in Benign Tumor Diseases of Jaw

摘要:

目的:探讨与分析数字化技术在颌骨良性肿瘤类疾病中的应用。方法:选取2016年1月—2019年10月于哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院诊断为颌骨良性肿瘤的24例患者。随机选取传统手术治疗组及数字化设计手术治疗组各12例患者作为研究对象,比较2组患者术前、术后咬合误差。结果:数据分析表明,应用数字化技术进行术前设计及术中导航辅助完成截骨手术的患者,术后咬合误差明显小于应用传统方式完成手术的患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:数字化技术在颌骨良性肿瘤类疾病诊疗方面具有较高的价值,值得推广。

Abstract:

Objective: To discuss and analyze the application of digital techology in the benign tumor diseases of jaw. Methods: 24 patients who were diagnosed with benign tumor of jaw were selected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January 2016 to October 2019. Randomly selected 12 patients with traditional surgical treatment and 12 patients with digitally designed surgical treatment as the research objects. The preoperative and postoperative occlusal errors between two group patients were compared. Results: Data analysis showed that postoperative occlusal error for patients who used digital technology for preoperative design and navigation assistance to complete osteotomy was significantly smaller than patients who used traditional methods to complete surgery, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusion: Digital technology has a good prospect in the diagnosis and treatment of benign tumors of jaw, and it is worth promoting.
