摘要：

慢性磷毒性颌骨骨髓炎（chronic phosphorus poisoning osteomyelitis of the jaw, CPPOJ）是一种由于长时间接触黄磷而导致颌骨发生慢性骨髓炎的疾病。我科于2020年8月31日诊治了2名来自同一黄磷工厂同一车间的患者，对其治疗情况和相关文献复习情况进行介绍。

Abstract:

Chronic phosphorus poisoning osteomyelitis of the jaw（CPPOJ） is a chronic inflammation process of jaw bone caused by prolonged exposure to yellow phosphorus. Two patients from a workshop of the same yellow phosphorus plant visited our department on 2020-08-31. This paper presents a brief review of the literature and reports the surgical managements.
