Er∶YAG激光在急性局限性智齿冠周炎治疗中的应用

摘要:

目的:探讨Er∶YAG激光在急性局限性智齿冠周炎治疗中的疗效。方法:纳入2020年1月—2020年12月间来我院就诊的100例急性局限性智齿冠周炎患者,将其随机分为激光组和对照组。激光组的治疗方式为局部冲洗后应用Er∶YAG激光提拉式照射3 d,对照组为局部冲洗后盲袋内放置碘甘油。对2组患者治疗前及治疗后3 d的开口度、牙龈指数(gingival index, GI)、疼痛度进行评估。比较激光组治疗前及治疗后3 d盲袋内优势菌的变化。结果:经过3 d的治疗后,激光组与对照组间的开口度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组间疼痛度和GI差异无统计学意义。激光组治疗后盲袋内的优势菌显著下降,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。激光组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过临床观察和微生物学检测,应用Er∶YAG激光治疗急性局限性智齿冠周炎,可减少盲袋内的优势致病菌,改善患者的开口度,可作为急性局限性智齿冠周炎治疗的一种选择。

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the effect of Er∶YAG laser of treating acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis. Method: A total of 100 patients with acute localized wisdom tooth pericoronitis in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were included and randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in the experimental group was the laser group treated with Er∶YAG laser for 3 days after local rinsing, and the control group was treated with placing iodine glycerin in periodontal pocket after local rinsing. Mouth opening degree, gingival index(GI) and degree of pain were evaluated before and 3 days after treatment in both groups. The changes of dominant microflora in periodontal pocket were compared before and 3 days after treatment in the laser group. Result: After 3 days of treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in mouth opening degree between the laser group and the control group(P<0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference in pain degree and GI between the two groups. The dominant microflora in the periodontal pocket of the laser group decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.001). The treatment effective rate of the laser group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Through clinical observation and microbiological detection, the application of Er∶YAG laser in the treatment of acute localized wisdom tooth pericoronitis can effectively reduce the dominant pathogenic microflora in the periodontal pocket, improve the mouth opening degree, which can be used as an option for the treatment of acute localized pericoronitis of wisdom tooth.
