摘要： 目的：探讨移位于舌下间隙的下颌智齿牙根的定位和取出方法。方法：回顾2009?鄄07—2012?鄄07间，6例下颌智齿拔出术中牙根移位于舌下间隙的病例，分析移位原因之后，采用双手合诊，结合影像学检查对牙根定位，行牙槽窝舌侧近远中松弛切口，翻瓣取出牙根。结果：手术成功取出移位牙根，6例牙根均移位于舌下间隙。患者术后无严重并发症。结论：牙槽窝近远中附加切口配合双手合诊，可准确定位并取出移位牙根。

Abstract: Objective: To review the methods of locating and extraction of the displaced roots of the mandibular third molars. Methods: 6 cases of the displaced roots during the extraction of the third molars from 2009-07-2012-07 were reviewed. Analyzing the reasons of the displacement, and bimanual palpation examination was used to locate the displaced roots. Relaxation incisions were made distally and medially of the extraction sockets, then mucoperiosteal flaps were raised to retrieve the roots. Results: 6 displaced roots were successfully managed. All of them were displaced into the sublingual space, and post-operative recovery was uneventful. Conclusion: Relaxation incisions at the distal and mesial sides of the extraction sockets and bimanual palpation examination are useful to locate and retrieve the displaced roots
