摘要： 目的：探讨直丝弓矫治技术在替牙期恒前牙外伤固定中的临床应用效果。方法：将60例（共78颗）替牙期松动脱位的恒前牙患者，随机分为3组，分别采用直丝片段弓技术、光敏树脂粘合夹板、成品牙弓夹板3种方法进行复位固定治疗。术后每3月复查1次，随访1年，观察3种方法治疗替牙期恒前牙外伤固定的临床治疗效果及患者满意度。结果：直丝片段弓组的固位良好，牙龈无刺激及炎症，术后患牙稳固，位置恢复正常，咬合正常，愈合良好，治疗有效率高于成品牙弓夹板组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。直丝片段弓组的美观性及舒适度良好，满意度优于光敏树脂粘合夹板组和成品牙弓夹板组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：替牙期外伤松动脱位恒前牙应用直丝弓矫治技术固定可取得良好的临床效果及患者满意度，可在临床中推广。

Abstract: Objective: To compare the clinical therapeutic efficacy of three different fixation appliances in the fixation of loose permanent anterior teeth in mixed dentition patients. Methods: 60 patients with 78 loosening and subluxation permanent anterior teeth in the mixed dentition period were randomly divided into three groups. In group A, teeth were fixed with straight-wire segmental arch technique. In group B, photosensitive resin splint  was used. In group C, finished arch bars were applied. Postoperative examination was repeated every 3 months, within 1 year follow-up observation. The clinical therapeutic efficacy and satisfaction of patients were compared. Results: In group A patients, treatment achieved better results of non-stimulation of gingiva, good retention, stable fixation, normal location and occlusion. Efficacy of group A was demonstrated significant differences as compared to group C(P<0.05). In the comparison of patients' aesthetic property, comfort and satisfactory degree, group A fixation showed significance of differences compared to group B and group C (P<0.05). Conclusions: The application of straight-wire appliances in the treatment of injured anterior permanent teeth can obtain good clinical effects than other a methods mentioned above.
