摘要： 皮样囊肿在口腔颌面部比较常见，但不因继发感染而形成瘘管者少见。本文报道1例我院2014年收治的颊部皮样囊肿伴皮瘘的病例，复习相关文献并对其鉴别诊断、发生原因进行探讨。

Abstract: Dermoid cysts arise frequently in oral and maxillofacial region, but the formation of fistula is not common unless after secondary infection. Herein we report such a lesion in the orofacial region of a 13-year-old girl. The relevant literatures were reviewed.
