摘要： 报道2例双胞胎姐妹，均双侧先天上颌尖牙缺如，侧切牙锥形畸形萌生。探讨先天缺牙患者的形成原因，为先天缺牙的病因学诊断提供病例依据，进一步佐证了先天缺牙的形成与基因变化有关。

Abstract: in 2016-06-07, two 13-year-old twin sisters attended to dental department of Lixian county hospital and presented with sparse arrangement of anterior upper teeth. Their medical and dental histories were unremarkable. In each case, teeth of 13 and 23 sites were missing, while teeth 12 and 22 appeared in a conical shape. Upper anterior teeth aligned sparsely. Oral photographs and panoramic radiographs were undertaken. Diagnosis were congenitally missing maxillary canines. Suggestion of doctors were Porcelain crown restoration until adulthooh.
