摘要：
目的：观察Er-YAG激光治疗牙龈瘤的临床疗效。方法：运用Er-YAG激光切除牙龈瘤及波及的牙槽骨，术后胶质银海绵填塞创面。结果：术中出血少，术后无肿胀、出血和感染，牙龈愈合良好，形态稳定，随访无复发。结论：运用Er-YAG激光治疗牙龈瘤是一种可靠实用的方法，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Er-YAG laser irradiation for operative removal of epulis. Methods: 28 cases were retrospectively reviewed. Routine mouth prophylaxis were performed before surgery. Informed consents were provided. The epulis and the alveolar bones were cut by Er-YAG laser irradiation, the tooth was kept in position. Surrounding periodontal tissues were thoroughly curetted. The wound was covered with the colloidal silver gelatin sponge after the operation. Surgical specimen was transferred for pathological examination. Results: The bleeding was less, and there was no swelling, bleeding, and infection after operation. The wounds healed with stable morphology, and no recurrences were observed in the follow-up period. Conclusion: Er-YAG laser irradiation is a reliable and practical method in the treatment of dental epulis.
