摘要：

目的： 探讨Nd：YAG激光联合龈下刮治根面平整术在孕期妊娠性牙龈瘤治疗中的疗效。方法： 收集2014—2017年在我院就诊的21例孕期妊娠性牙龈瘤患者的病例资料，回顾并总结其经Nd：YAG激光联合龈下刮治根面平整术治疗的疗效。结果： 本研究的研究对象均为孕期因牙龈瘤前来就诊的患者。其中，牙龈瘤直径<5 mm的7例患者平均治疗3.1个月后，瘤体消退。9 例患者牙龈瘤直径为5~10 mm，平均治疗7.1个月后，瘤体消退。5例患者牙龈瘤直径为10~15 mm，其中4例平均治疗10.2个月后，瘤体消退；另1例治疗后瘤体缩小，但未完全消退，1年后在完成妊娠时，手术切除剩余瘤体。经1~3年随访，所有病例均未见复发。结论： Nd：YAG激光联合龈下刮治根面平整术在孕期妊娠性牙龈瘤的治疗中，创伤小，患者满意度高，不易复发，可作为孕期妊娠性牙龈瘤治疗的一个选择。

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the effect of Nd: YAG laser combined with subgingival scaling and root planning in the treatment of pregnancy epulis during pregnancy. Methods: The clinic data of 21 cases of pregnancy epulis during pregnancy in our hospital from 2014 to 2017 were collected. All patients were treated with Nd: YAG laser combined with subgingival scaling and root planning, and the efficacy was reviewed and summarized. Results: All patients cured well after the treatment of subgingival scaling and root planning with Nd: YAG laser, except one patient’s epulis with a diameter of 10-15 mm shrank significantly after treatment, but it did not completely disappear. When the pregnancy was completed, the remaining tumor was surgically removed 1 year later. Among them, 7 cases of the epulis diameter were <5 mm, and cured with a epulis regression of 3.1 months on average; 9 cases with the epulis diameter of 5-10 mm, cured with a epulis regression of 7.1 months on average; 5 cases with the epulis diameter of 10-15 mm, cured with a epulis regression of average 10.2 months after treatment. No recurrence was observed during follow-up of 1-3 year. Conclusion: Nd: YAG laser combined with subgingival scaling and root planning is effective in the treatment of pregnancy epulis, with lower trauma, higher patient satisfaction and no recurrence. It can be used as an option for pregnancy epulis in pregnant women.
