Abstract: Cone-beam CT(cone-beam computed tomography, CBCT) applied to the oral part of three-dimensional imaging, is the focus of attention in recent years and used in dental implantology frequently. Mandibular posterior region is an important part of implanting, but also a risk place about anatomic variation of the mandible. The classification of bifid mandibular canal, the use of new progress CBCT study, the clinical significance of their presence, summarized were in this passage.

摘要: 锥形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)应用于口腔部位的三维成像,是近年来口腔医生关注的热点,常被应用于口腔种植学。下颌后区是种植的重要部位,同时也是双神经管变异的常发地带。本文综述了下颌双神经管的分类,运用CBCT研究的新进展,对其存在的临床意义进行总结。
