Malformation of Arteriovenous in Maxilla: Case Report and Literature Review

Abstract

Abstract: The treatment of a case of maxillary arteriovenous malformation was reported , and literatures were reviewed, to explore the clinical manifestations of the maxillary arteriovenous fistula, early diagnosis and treatment. The clinic experience and literatures review show embolization is an effective hemostatic method and treatment method.

摘要： 对我院收治的1例上颌骨动静脉畸形病例并结合文献予以临床分析，以探讨上颌骨动静脉畸形的临床表现、早期诊断和治疗方法。该病例经栓塞右侧颌内动脉及右侧颞浅动脉分支，复查无复发，颌面部肿胀减轻。因此，栓塞治疗是一种有效的止血方法，栓塞后对瘤体进行刮治或硬化剂治疗能有效减少复发。
