Abstract:
Objective: To summary the diagnosis and treatment of the odontogenic cutaneous fistula in the perinasal region. Methods: The case histories, misdiagnosis effects of 13 patients were analysed retrospectively. Results: after removing the bad canine teeth, clearing the fistula and sewing up the cut, 13 patients healed without recrudescence. Conclusion: The odontogenic cutaneous fistula in the perinasal region caused by the dental infection would lead to the inflammation breaking skin and forming the fistula. In the clinic, most of patients do not pay much attention at the teeth and are misdiagnosed, which leads to the fistula recrudesces frequently. Removing the bad canine teeth is the best plan for treat- ment.

摘要： 目的：总结鼻翼旁牙源性皮瘘的诊断与治疗的特点。方法：对13例鼻翼旁牙源性皮瘘的病例特点，进行回顾性分析。结果：13例患者拔除患牙，清刮瘘管，缝合切口后痊愈出院，随访无复发。结论：鼻翼旁牙源性皮瘘是因牙源性感染未得到有效控制，导致炎症穿破皮肤形成瘘道，长期不愈。拔除患牙去除感染根源，是此类病例确切有效的治疗方法。
