Abstract: The fracture of the zygomatic complex does not only cause maxillofacial dysfunction, but also affects the facial esthetics. However, due to the complexity of the maxillofacial anatomy, it is difficult for traditional surgery to take into account both the facial contour and function. With the development of medical imaging and computer technology, the computer-assisted surgery techniques based on medical imaging data are gradually being used in the treatment of maxillofacial trauma. Nevertheless, its application in different zygomatic complex fractures is controversial. The aim of this article is to review the clinical application of the computer-assisted surgery techniques, which is divided into three aspects: surgical simulation, surgery assistance, and accuracy evaluation. The indications will also be summarized.

摘要: 颧骨复合体的骨折不仅会造成颌面部功能障碍,同时也影响面部的美观,但由于颌面部解剖结构复杂,传统手术很难兼顾形态与功能。随着医学影像技术及计算机技术的发展,基于医学影像数据的数字化外科技术逐渐应用于颌面部创伤治疗中,然而国内外对于不同颧骨复合体骨折的数字化治疗方式的选择尚无定论。本文就数字化技术在临床中的应用分别从手术模拟、辅助手术、效果评价三个方面进行综述,并对其应用选择进行总结。
