Abstract:

The immune system is closely linked to bone reconstruction, and either immune cells or immune factors can affect the process of bone reconstruction. The application of biomedicine is one of important means to regulate the immune system to affect bone reconstruction. Peptides have the advantages of strong targeting, high safety and easy chemical modification, and have broad application prospects in regulating the immune system to affect bone reconstruction. This study mainly reviews the research advances of peptide regulating the immune system in bone reconstruction.

摘要:

免疫系统与骨改建联系紧密,免疫细胞或免疫因子均可以影响骨改建过程。应用生物医药是调节免疫系统影响骨改建的重要手段之一。多肽具有靶向性强、安全性高、易化学修饰等优点,在调节免疫系统影响骨改建中拥有广阔的应用前景。本文主要就多肽调节免疫系统影响骨改建的研究进展作一综述。
