尼古丁在口腔癌发生、发展中的作用机制及研究进展

Abstract:

Oral cancer is one of the most common malignancies. Epidemiological studies showed that smoking is one of the main risk factors of oral cancer. Nicotine, the main ingredient in both cigarettes and electronic cigarettes, is thought to be genotoxic and cancer-promoting. Recent studies have shown that nicotine played an important role in the occurrence and development of oral cancer mainly through nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR). This paper reviews the possible mechanisms of nicotine′s biological effects on oral cancer cells and its effects on anticancer therapy.

摘要:

口腔癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。流行病学研究表明,吸烟是导致口腔癌的主要危险因素之一。尼古丁作为香烟和电子烟的主要成分,被认为具有遗传毒性,并可以促进肿瘤的发生。近来的研究表明,尼古丁主要通过烟碱乙酰胆碱受体(nicotinic acetylcholine receptor,nAChR)在口腔癌的发生、发展方面发挥作用。本文主要就尼古丁对口腔癌细胞生物学作用的可能机制及抗癌治疗的影响进行综述。
