巨噬细胞功能多样性与骨再生

Abstract:

Bone regeneration is the core part of bone healing and implant osseointegration. Increasing studies have proved bone regeneration is closely related to bone immune microenvironment. As one of important parts of bone immunity, macrophage plays a vital role in cascade initiation of the bone regeneration and bone formation stage, and builds up a bridge between bone regeneration and bone immunity. Therefore, fully understanding the multifunctions of macrophages in the process of bone regeneration will benefit implementing immune intervention based on macrophages and provides a new strategy of immune regulation for bone tissue engineering.

摘要:

骨再生是骨创伤愈合和种植体骨整合的核心环节,越来越多的研究表明,骨再生与骨免疫微环境密切相关。巨噬细胞作为骨免疫的重要组成部分之一,在骨再生的级联反应启动和骨形成阶段都发挥着重要作用,是骨再生与骨免疫之间的桥梁。全面认识巨噬细胞在骨再生过程中的功能多样性,有助于以巨噬细胞为切入点实施免疫干预,为骨组织工程提供免疫调控的新策略。
