专家简介：翦新春，中南大学湘雅医院二级教授、一级主任医师、博士研究生导师，湘雅医院“湘雅名医”、中南大学首届“湘雅名医”。现任中南大学湘雅医学院附属海口医院口腔医学中心柔性引进专家、终身荣誉主任，湖南省干部保健局核心专家。兼任美国弗吉尼亚州立大学医学院客座教授、国际牙医师学院Fellow、美国纽约科学院会员和美国科学技术协会会员。曾任中南大学湘雅口腔医学院首任院长、中华医学会整形美容外科分会唇腭裂学组副组长、中华口腔医学会常务理事、湖南省口腔医学会首任会长。曾担任《中华口腔医学杂志》《中华医学美学美容杂志》等23种国内学术杂志编委或特邀编委，并担任Oral Surgery、Oral Medicine、Oral Pathology and Oral Radiology、Chinese Medical Journal特邀审稿人。先后主持国家科技部“十五”国家重大科技攻关计划子课题1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目5项，以及美国中华医学基金会基金、湖南省科技厅自然科学基金及湖南省科技厅科技发展基金等项目12项。累计发表学术论文468篇，其中SCI收录论文107篇；撰写专著6部、主编专著6部、参编专著16部。以第一完成人获中华人民共和国教育部科学技术进步奖二等奖1项、中华医学科技进步奖三等奖3项、湖南省人民政府科技进步奖二等奖1项，以及湖南省教育厅、湖南省卫生健康委员会和中南大学科技进步奖等18项。已培养博士、硕士研究生100余人次。

Abstract

Abstract:

Reconstruction of upper and lower lip defects poses a considerable challenge to plastic and oral and maxillofacial surgeons. The upper and lower lips are important dynamic structures of the lower third of the face and play a key role in maintaining facial aesthetics, speech, swallowing, and expression. Therefore, the repair of defects after lip cancer resection should not only restore the continuity of the tissue, but also consider the lip morphology, the function of the orbicularis oris muscle, and the sensation. This article focuses on the application of cross-lip flaps, cheek advancement flaps, rotation advancement lip flaps, and free flaps in the repair and reconstruction of lip defects, and summarizes the key points for postoperative aesthetic and functional evaluation.

摘要：

上、下唇缺损的修复重建对整形外科和口腔颌面外科医生具有较大的挑战。上、下唇部是面下1/3的重要动态结构，在维持面部美学、言语、吞咽及表情等方面发挥重要作用。因此，唇癌切除后缺损的修复不仅应恢复组织连续性，还应兼顾唇部形态、口轮匝肌功能及感觉等。本文重点讨论交叉唇瓣、颊部滑行瓣、旋转滑行唇瓣及游离组织皮瓣在唇缺损修复重建中的应用，并总结术后美学与功能评估要点。
