幼儿颌面部间隙感染临床分析

摘要: 目的:探讨幼儿颌面部间隙感染的诊断和治疗方法,以提高治愈率。方法:对收治的6例幼儿(1~6岁)颌面部间隙感染的病因、发病特点、病情发展和治疗要点进行回顾性分析。结果:患儿男性5例,女性1例,平均年龄3岁。腺源性5例,牙源性1例,治疗时间3~14 d,平均8.5 d。病原菌包括金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、大肠杆菌等。经积极治疗5例治愈,1例死亡。结论:掌握口腔解剖生理和儿童疾病的特点,兼顾局部和全身的综合治疗方法,可提高低龄儿童颌面部间隙感染的治愈率。

Abstract: Objective: To review the understandings of the diagnosis and treatment of young children maxillofacial space infection. Methods: A total of six cases (less than six years old) suffered maxillofacial space infection were included in the study. Clinical data including etiology, characteristics, development and treatment were retrospectively analysed. Five cases were male children, the other one was female. The average age was three years old. Five cases originated from glandular infection, and the other one was odontogenic origin. The treatment duration ranged from three to fourteen days, with a mean at eight and a half days. Results: Three different pathogens were identified by pus and blood culture from five patients. Five cases cured and one died. Conclusion: To master the basic oral sciences and the characteristics of childhood diseases, the cure rate of severe space infection may be improved.
