摘要： 目的：了解近18年来在内蒙古医科大学附属医院口腔科病房住院的先天性唇腭裂的发病特点，为唇腭裂的预防和治疗提供临床依据。方法：对内蒙古医科大学附属医院口腔科病房1996-03—2014-01住院治疗的665例先天性唇腭裂（其中包括下唇正中裂1例）的临床资料进行分类整理，并进行回顾性分析。结果：665例患者中，男性410例，女性255例，男女比1.6∶1，内蒙自治区患者645例，内蒙自治区以外患者20例，患者手术时年龄13 h～39岁，平均年龄9.85岁；术后住院时间1～19 d，平均术后住院时间8.49 d；伴发畸形0～2种，平均伴发畸形0.32种。结论：本研究中唇腭裂患者男性多于女性，男女性别比例高于国内其它地区的文献报道的比例，单侧唇裂的手术方式主要采用上三角瓣法，双侧唇裂的手术方式主要采用原长法，腭裂手术方式主要采用两瓣法。

Abstract: Objective： To review the status of patients with cleft lip and palate treated in the affiliated hospitals of Inner Mongolia Medical University in recent 18 years. Methods: The clinical datum of 665 cases with cleft lip and palate hospitalized in the affiliated hospitals of Inner Mongolia Medical University from March 1996 to January 2014 were collected,classified, and analyzed. Result: In 665 cases, there were 410 male cases and 255 female cases with a gender ration of 1.6∶1. The patient number of Inner Mongolian and non-Inner Mongolian cases were 645∶20. The operating age varied from 13 hours old to 39 years old, with an average of 9.85 years. The postoperative hospitalization days varid from 1 to 19 with an average of 8.49 days. The numbers of malformations which hadn't been treated varied from 0 to 2, and the average value was 0.32. Conclusion: The incidence of cleft lip and palate malformations in inner Mongolia, gender distribution showed male patients were more frequent than female patients. The gender ratio was higher than other region in the country. Operative procedures: using triangular flap for unilateral cleft lip repair, using original length method for bilateral cleft repair; using double flaps method for cleft palate repair.
