超声骨刀联合高速涡轮机拔除下颌埋伏第三磨牙的临床应用

Piezosurgery Combined with Contra-angle High Speed Turbine Handpiece in the Extraction of Impacted Mandibular Wisdom Teeth

摘要: 目的:探讨超声骨刀联合高速涡轮钻微创拔除下颌埋伏第三磨牙胚的应用。方法:选取正畸科医生要求拔除下颌阻生智齿牙胚的患者104例。随机分为2组,超声骨刀联合高速涡轮机组作为研究组,单纯高速涡轮机为对照组,研究组54例,对照组50例。比较分析2组患者术后情况。结果:研究组患者手术时间较对照组明显缩短,肿胀、疼痛程度较对照组轻微,张口度较对照组为大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:反角高速涡轮机联合超声骨刀拔除下颌智齿牙胚,手术创伤小、时间短、施力准确、并发症少,病人痛苦小,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective: To discuss the clinical application of piezosurgery combined with contra-angle high speed turbines in the minimally invasive extraction of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth. Methods: 104 orthodontics patients require extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth  were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group (54 cases) used piezosurgery combined with contra-angle high speed turbines by means of cervical odontotomy to remove the  impacted mandibular wisdom teeth. The control group (50 cases) just used simple contra-angle high speed turbines. A comparative analysis of two groups of patients was made after extraction. Results: The operation time length of the patients in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. Symtoms and signs as swelling and pain degree in experimental group, were relatively minor than those in the control group. Mouth opening degree in experiment group was better compared with the control group; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Piezosurgery combined with contra-angle high speed turbine handpiece demonstrate mini-invasive effects in the exodontia of impacted  mandibular wisdom teeth, and worthy of promotion.
