延期负载下nFA/PEEK种植材料的骨结合情况动态观察

Dynamic Osteogenesis of nFA/PEEK in Early Stress Testing

摘要:

目的:探究延期负重加载条件下纳米氟磷灰石/聚醚醚酮(nFA/PEEK)新型种植材料骨结合效能研究。方法:各10枚PEEK、nFA/PEEK和钛种植体延期植入10条比格犬下颌骨前磨牙区,2个月后树脂冠修复并于3个月末和6个月末随机处死,非脱钙种植体骨组织行X线和CBCT检查,切片HE染色测定骨结合率(bone-to-implant percentage,BIC),荧光标记测定骨矿化沉积率(mineral apposition rate,MAR)。结果:nFA/PEEK种植体影像清晰,3个月末nFA/PEEK的MAR(1.70±0.65) μm/d低于钛(1.90±0.67) μm/d,且两者差异无统计学意义,但nFA/PEEK和钛的MAR均明显高于PEEK(1.37±0.42) μm/d。6个月末nFA/PEEK的MAR(1.55±0.59) μm/d与钛(0.97±0.46) μm/d比较,差异有统计学意义,均明显高于PEEK(1.17±0.46) μm/d。nFA/PEEK与牙槽骨形成良好骨结合。3个月末钛的BIC(71.24%,中位数)与nFA/PEEK(44.96%)、PEEK(36.08%)间,差异均有统计学意义。6个月末钛的BIC(83.77%)高于nFA/PEEK(76.13%)但差异无统计学意义,均明显高于PEEK(56.62%)。结论:nFA/PEEK具有良好生物相容性,具有未来临床应用价值。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate and evaluate osteogenesis, which nano-fluorapatite polyetheretherketone (nFA/PEEK) implant materials were in the condition of early loading. Methods: Each 10 of PEEK, nFA/PEEK and Ti implants were installed in mandible premolar area of 10 beagle dogs, and then those resin crowns was applied after 2-month healing. Each 5 dogs were randomly sacrificed at the end of 3- and 6-months. Implants and their undecalcified bone tissues were examined by X-ray and CBCT examination. The bone implant contacts (BIC) were measured after HE staining while the mineralization apposition ratio (MAR) were labeled by fluorochromes. Results: nFA/PEEK implant was clearly seen in X-ray and CBCT. At the end of third month, MAR in nFA/PEEK (1.70±0.65) was not found to be significantly lower than Ti (1.90±0.67), meanwhile, both were significantly higher than PEEK (1.37±0.42). At the end of 6th month, MAR in nFA/PEEK (1.55±0.59) was found to be significantly higher both than Ti (0.97±0.46), and PEEK (1.17±0.46). nFA/PEEK implant was found to be osseointegrated. At the end of third month, BIC of Ti (71.24%, Median) was not found to be significantly higher than nFA/PEEK (44.96%), which both of them were significantly higher than PEEK (36.08%). At the end of 6th month, BIC of Ti (83.77%) was not found to be significantly higher than nFA/PEEK (76.13%), which both of them were significantly higher than PEEK (56.62%). Conclusions: nFA/PEEK implants show higher biocompatibilities. The results of our study may have potential clinical benefits.
